On Labor Day (9/2), I am committing an entire work day to the Colorado Fallen Hero Foundation. Workouts will be $15. (If this does not work for you, I am looking for a $5 min). 100% of proceeds will go toward the organization.
I love what CFHF does and it is an easy way for you to give back to the community, while also getting a great workout from me. First-responders will get a free look at my Tactical program. Others will get a HIIT style training, tailored to your standards. DM me the time that works best for you.
