Speed and Strength Training



I would like to invite you to attend speed and strength classes with me, Coach Shaw.  The purpose of these classes is to help athletes reach their full athletic potential.  This will be done by teaching the following healthy habits:

This group of individuals have been hand selected based on accomplishments, work ethic, values, and the will to be successful.  When attending sessions, athletes will need to always come with an attitude to compete and get better. “Attitude is everything”

  • First Session is always free!
  • Package A: 4x Sessions $140.00  ($35.00 a session)
  • Package B: 8x Sessions $240.00  ($30.00 a session)
  • Package C: Group rate: $35 a session (must purchase at least 4 sessions and be working out with 4 or more)
  • Personal 1on1 single session: $45.00
  • Sibling rate: Additional $10 per session
